Ancestral Forbidden City Restaurant 山南市先祖故都藏餐厅This Tibetan restaurant is located at Gaqu alley and quite near to Shannan Yongkang hospital supermarket. Entering from the alley next to the pharmacy, you can see this restaurant on the left-hand side and go directly to the second floor. Here they serve Tibetan style dishes with so many varieties, you have enough options for Tibetan foods including Yak, lamb, port, chicken and all sorts of vegetables. They also have unique Tibetan traditional foods including Tsampa and Doma. If you walk from Tsedang hotel then it will take around 20 minutes’ walk, the alley is also known as the food street.
