Aku Tonpa restaurant
This restaurant is located 700m away from the Samye monastery, this is a typical Tibetan restaurant with nice decorations and clean environment as well. They also got interesting wall paintings related to Tibetan history as well. They serve all kinds of Tibetan and Chinese style meals, there is too much of options. They divided the place into two areas where one for local Tibetans with popular Tibetan meals and another for tourists where they serve special orders.
